If applicable, important information:
- Please make sure the computers' DisplayPort cables and USB cables are connected to the KVM switch.
- Please make sure that your computer can output the image normally even when connected directly to the monitor via DP.
- If your computer does not have a DisplayPort output, the solution is to use a USB-C to DP adapter. For technological reasons, you cannot adapt HDMI, DVI or VGA to Dp. When using an adapter, the resolution drops.
- A monitor with a DisplayPort connection can be used.
- Since this KVM switch is a technological product and the systems and devices on the market are constantly updated, please contact us as soon as possible if you encounter any problems when using the product. We will then solve the problem for you.
- Normal DP KVM switches do not have EDID emulation. Image content can therefore be shifted after the switching process.
